In recent years, the research of emerging complex networks contains great potential application value, the study of it in various fields also intensified. When complex networks suffering random attacks or error, it show robustness. But when the central nodes (also called nodes) of network suffered the random attacks, the entire network can easily crash. Therefore, the research of invulnerability and reliability for the central nodes of complex network has important theoretical significance and practicality. Protein interaction network (PPI network) is complex networks having a scale-free nature, but the researchers found that when selective removing the2%of the central nodes in the network, the PPI network showed anti-aggressive. This invulnerability and reliability of the PPI network is the target of research for complex network expect to reach.In order to improve the invulnerability and reliability of the complex networks this paper will draw an independent collaborative model for subnet constituted by the central nodes on the principle of synergy between proteins and establish a service-oriented negotiation mechanism. Based on the concept of service-oriented and the service negotiation mechanism, this paper likens center nodes to agents, when the center nodes attacked resulting in performance degradation the center nodes will request services to the neighboring center nodes, in order to protect the normal operation of the network. The main content of this paper is as follows:First, this paper likened center nodes to agents and designed a service-oriented negotiation mechanism, the mechanism defined consists of three kinds of roles, i.e., agent service broker, agent service provider and agent service requester, the defense capabilities of center nodes of complex networks can improve through interactive collaboration between the three roles.Secondly, the semantic and QoS (quality-of-service) factors are considered synthetically, and an agent service description model based on semantic and QoS attributes is proposed, which can both overcome the shortcoming of heterogeneity of service description based on traditional syntax, and satisfy different needs came from agent service requestor to service performance. Subsequently, On the basis of the above agent service description model, an agent service matchmaking algorithm based on semantic and QoS constraints is put forward to.Finally, based on the result of service discovery, we designed an agent service negotiation model based on QoS attributes. In this model, the agents of center nodes can screening the results of service discovery through negotiation between the agent service, select the service which the agent need and select the neighbor center node which is the best meet the requirements.
