Based on the perfect sewage discharge monitoring system, the large-scale zinc hydrometallurgy enterprise can realize the real-time monitor and early warning of sewage discharge situation, and take timely measures on the various unexpected contingencies to make sure the orderly operation of sewage discharge and disposal situation, thus the environmental security problems caused by sewage discharge is reduced to the maximum extent, and it has important significance.This paper with the research of the technological state and the situation of sewage discharge and disposal in large-scale zinc hydrometallurgy enterprise, and based on the detailed analysis of the law of the sewage discharge and the characteristics of water quality of the workshop, the scheme of sewage monitoring system is designed. Based on the formation mechanism of the sewage effluent total import and the analysis of the water quality data, by applying the pipeline hydraulics principle, the mechanism model of the formation of water quality in the sewage effluent total imports is established. The hysteretic nature of the sewage discharge of the workshop is studied deeply, and the model was modified by introducing lag time. Based on the model, combining gray GM model and multiple linear regression analysis the prediction scheme is proposed, and the zinc, lead and cadmium ion concentration of the water quality are predicted respectively. With the analysis of comparative simulation results, proved that the prediction scheme has good prediction accuracy.On the above basis, according to the actual situation of the research object, sewage discharge monitoring and water quality early warning system is built in the large-scale zinc hydrometallurgy enterprise, and the hardware selection and realization of the system is expounded, and the software framework and the main functions of the early warning system is designed. Through the simulation application of sewage discharge monitoring and water quality early warning system, shows that the system has a good guiding significance to guarantee the sewage discharge accord with national standard.
