The hydraulic flip bracket is a very important part in the vertical electrophoresis production line, which is mainly used in the loading station and unloading station, plays a connecting role between the two stations. Because the level of the work efficiency of the flip bracket has a direct impact on the efficiency of the entire production line. In recent years, with the development of the domestic aluminum industry and the improvement of design requirement in the flip bracket, it has designed many new style hydraulic flip brackets. This thesis has the flip bracket of Jiang xi electrophoresis production line as the research project, dedicates to solve the problem that how to make the flip bracket achieve the most stable speed and most efficient time.The thesis firstly introduces the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system, which provides the impetus to the flip bracket. Hydraulic system is composed of the hydraulic pump, direction control valves, proportional control valve, relief valve, hydraulic cylinder. The thesis uses multi-body dynamics software ADAMS to establish the model of every components of the hydraulic system, which form a complete hydraulic system and provide power to the flip bracket. Then uses ADAMS to build the model of the flip bracket, and uses multi-body dynamics to make dynamic analysis on the flip bracket, analysis the reversal process of the flip bracket which includes acceleration and deceleration phases when it flips up or turns downward, and analysis how to make the flip bracket flip smoothly and make the speed become synchronization, and how to use the PLC program to make the control functions come true. Finally, the thesis unites ADAMS and MATLAB make the simulation analysis to the all stages of the flip bracket, analysis the simulation results of speed, and identify the best available data. Take the simulation results to the actual project then achieves the desired results.
