The coal is the main primary energy for China. Serious environmental pollution was happened, because of the poor quality, the high ash content and sulfur content of the raw coal with low degree of processing in our country. Coal preparation and processing,which is an important way to obtain the high-efficient and clean utilization of coal. As a kind of equipment used to deep-sizing dry for moist fine coal effectively, Flip-flow screen occupies an important position in the technological process of washing and processing.Aiming at the defect of the traditional flip-flow screen, a new type vibrating flip-flow screen was proposed and the basic structure and working principle was introduced. The vibration characteristics in parallel and vertical direction for the new type vibrating flip-flow screen were achived through the establishment of dynamics model and dynamic equation based on the theory of dynamics. Besides, the nature frequency, amplitude and the relative displacement of main screen body and floating screen box was obtained. And the time domain response and spatial trajectory of the vibrating flip-flow screen were simulated with MATLAB/Simulink.The virtual prototype of parameterized modeling and multi-body dynamics simulation of vibrating flip-flow screen were concluted by using ADAMS software. The prototype for the new type vibrating flip-flow screen was designed and manufactured. Based on which,the kinematic parameters test and experimental modal analysis for the prototype manufactured were concluted using the DASP-V10 vibration test system. The correctness of the theoretical model and the virtual prototype model was verified through the results of kinematic test and modal analysis of rigid body experiment. Sensitivity analysis of parameters affecting on the movement characteristics was concluted based on ADAMS, and the design parameters with larger sensitivity were choosen to be optimized.The load spectrum of the connection point of beam was obtained through the rigid-flex coupled analysis based on ADAMS after the flexible process of vibrating flip-flow screen beam. Combined with finite element software ANSYS Workbench and n Code software, the fatigue analysis on the beam was carried out on the basis of the finite element statics analysis model results,fatigue cumulative damage theory, and the S-N curve selected according to the material. It can be concluded that the fatigue life of beam conforms to the requirements.
