| “Man is the measure of all thingsâ€-Protagoras. Resonant with the Human-centereddesign ideas, customers gradually become the center of design. Therefore, the mostimperative problems to solve are how to detect and excavate the demands ofcustomers and how to transfer customer demands into product requirements, so that aspecific list of requirements on product features would be developed. This article intended to concentrate on the analysis of customer demands towards theportable and rapid domestic food safety detector. Through examining the mostfundamental relationship between human, products and the environment during thefood-safety-detecting process, and through confirming the inspiring effects ofcustomer demands analysis on product design, to explore the experimental methodsthat enables the portable and rapid domestic food safety detector, and furthermore, topromote the research and development of this product. The current study emphasized the analysis on the relationship between thefood-safety-detecting behavior and human beings, and meanwhile, referred to relatedcognizant theory on human safety psychology, summarized human demandmechanism on online interactive food safety defense, and moreover, through surveymethod, investigated emotional demands of the public towards the portable and rapiddomestic food safety detector. Subsequently, the demanding features of this detectorwere systematically summarized, and eventually, a new train of thought and designwere provided. The final achievement of this research was not limited to present aconsumer-friendly design of the portable and rapid domestic food safety detector, butmore meaningfully, to establish an online interactive food safety defense. This studyattempted to fill up the market with a domestic food safety detector in the context thatfood safety hazards have become the prominent problem of this society. In this case, the portable and rapid domestic food safety detector and the online interactive foodsafety defense would facilitate personal health of the consumer, enhance sense ofsecurity during consumption, while, at the same time, stimulate self-discipline amongfood business operators. |
