Design Of Convenient Food Safety Inspection Equipment Based On TRIZ Theory

Food safety is a typical epitome of the new challenges and problems facing Chinese society.People's consumption confidence index is declining,and the number of people suffering from unsafe and unhealthy food is increasing every year.Therefore,food safety has become one of the priority issues in people's daily life.With the application of various new technologies and forms in food production,processing and transportation,some new food safety risks have emerged.Although the state vigorously supervises the food industry,food safety testing technology has also been greatly improved,but the reasons such as expensive equipment,large volume,slow detection speed and low utilization rate can not be popularized in the market.Therefore,the market demand of convenient rapid detection equipment is increasing,and it can meet the physiological and psychological needs of consumers.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that there are fewer portable products for food safety testing,and to find out the design principles quickly to solve the problems found in the design process with TRIZ theory.User needs research is carried out,user needs are transformed into design elements,problems in design are found,design elements to be solved in product design are refined,problems to be solved in product design are found through the importance of user needs,and the direction of product design is quickly found by using the corresponding invention principles in TRIZ theory.The user needs are transformed into design elements,the design elements to be solved in product design are refined,the problems to be solved in product design are found by the importance of user needs,and the corresponding inventive principles in TRIZ theory are used to quickly find the direction of product design.The paper will be guided by TRIZ theory and provide theoretical basis for subsequent product design.
