As nanofibers are getting an increasingly wide range of applications in the field of weapons engineering, multi-jets electrospinning is an effective method to mass-produce nanofibers. Reference to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures suggests that the distribution state of working electric field of multi-jets electrospinning exerts a significant influence on spinning quality. Therefore, it is quite necessary to develop a reliable multi-jets electrospinning device and conduct some research on its working electric field distribution and auxiliary electrodes. This research work is divided into three main parts:(1) Design a multi-jets electrospinning device whose main parameters are controllable. MPC08motion control card, connecting to the PC, is used in the device to achieve the control of electrospinning injection quantity, the adjustment of spinning distance, the exchangeability of collection device and the adjustment of launchers height. Meanwhile, electromagnetic shielding design is used to ensure the stability of device and fully satisfy the practicality and safety of the spinning.(2) Starting from electrospinning working principle, study the important factors in the spinning process, design a simplified model and according to structural features, employ ANSYS software to conduct an analysis about the impact of major working parameter changes on working electric field, summarize the defects and bottlenecks of parallel multi-jets electrospinning, and provide reference and research directions for its improvement.(3) Based on predecessors’ research results on the auxiliary electrodes of single jet electrospinning, devise a plate auxiliary electrode device with hollow circular holes, and analyze the improved structures with ANSYS software; summarize the influence of major parameter on working electric field and compare the results with those of multi-jets work electric field without auxiliary electrodes. The result shows that the electrostatic spinning which contains auxiliary electrodes with hollow circular holes can effectively improve the phenomenon that electric field strengths vary with different spinning jets, so as to achieve the balance of electric field distribution, providing high reference value and practical prospect for the improvement of spinning quality.
