Nanofibers are widely used,and the electrospinning is one of the most direct and effective methods to produce nanofibers so it has become a hot research in recent years.The production of nanofiber by traditional single jet electrostatic spinning has the disadvantage of low yield,which limits the large-scale application of electrospun nanofibers.In order to improve the output of nanofiber,researchers at home and abroad put forward various methods to improve the forms of the traditional electrospinning.Although it has made great progress,only a few can achieve industrialization.Based on the single needle and multi jet put forward before,this paper explored the possibility of scale.It studied the influence of needle assisted electrode on the electrospinning process of two needles,and then the number of nozzle was increased to 4 to research the production and motion state of its multiple jet.The single needle jet is generated by multiple grounding pin type auxiliary electrode and this paper adopted the same needle type auxiliary electrode,mainly explore the relation of the three locations between auxiliary electrode and the two nozzles,besides,the impacts of multiple nozzle jet are also studied.It concluded that the multi jet steady spinning effect is the best when the auxiliary electrode is in the middle of the two nozzle,and extends it to more than one nozzle.In order to avoid the multiple jet produced by nozzle shoot to the auxiliary electrode direction and coated on the auxiliary electrode,this paper added the positive pressure between the nozzle and grounding auxiliary electrode.It finally restrained coating on the auxiliary electrode from the multiple jet and produced an electrostatic spinning form which can spin continuously in multiple jet from multi-nozzle.COMSIL Multiphysics 5.0 software was used to simulate the electric field distribution of electrospinning at different pin and auxiliary positions in multiphysics.The variation of multi jet motion in electrospinning process is explained and analyzed theoretically.Numerical simulation of the 4 nozzle electrostatic spinning was made,and from the distribution of potential and electric field intensity,it can be concluded that the electric potential of the internal nozzles and the intensity field did not change by increasing continuously the number of nozzles,which can provide theoretical basis for multiple nozzles and jet in large-scale.This study makes sense for deep understanding of the auxiliary electrode electrospinning technology,especially for understanding the formation and mechanism of electrospun jet.Besides,the research in this paper provides a great reference value for increasing the production of electrospun nanofiber.
