As the overall turbine impeller (Turbine) key mechanical components, widely used in aviation, aerospace and other fields, its quality directly affects the aerodynamic performance and mechanical efficiency。So it’s turbine manufacturing process technology has been an important topic in the industry。Sophisticated five-axis CNC machining technology needed to make this original hand-made manufacturing of parts out through the whole possible。This paper studies the impeller parts manufacturing process, mainly the overall impeller processing。In order to find an efficient, economical processing program impeller。The experimental method is the choice of general equipment for five axis NC machining center. Five axis machining center is defined in the three translational coordinate axis based on the addition of two rotational axes (A, B or A, C or B, C). Using the popular UGNX software on the integral impeller modeling, programming, and a five axis CNC machining center processing machine tool design. In view of the impeller in the narrow channel, big torsion angle, put forward processing scheme of variable radius. Reasonable selection of cutting tool and process parameters in doing the experiment, using the software of UGNX detail the five axis of the programming process, culminating in the five axis machining center machine tool machining integral impeller, the processing efficiency, high quality, economy. Also makes use of general software in five axis machining center complex processing miniature integral impeller become feasible manufacturing process.
