Titanium alloy seamless tubes with high specific strength, corrosionresistance, biological characteristics, has been widely used in aviation, aerospace,chemical, medical etc.At present, titanium alloy seamless tube is preparedmainly with three roll cross piercing method, three roll cross piercing can notonly tube billet size and high precision, and surface quality is good, and it canproduce diameter and wall thickness ratio greater than10thin-walled tube, thusimprove the high production efficiency.But in the process also appears in tube thickness tolerance is slightly big,do not wear the phenomenon and head stuck in the blank. These phenomenaseriously affects the titanium alloy seamless tube product quality, reduces theproduction efficiency, increases the production cost of enterprises. So the threeroll cross rolling piercing process of titanium alloy analysis is very important.In this paper, it adopts the finite element ANSYS/LS-DYNA in three rollcross piercing process simulation analysis. Three roll piercing process, effect oftitanium alloy piercing process parameters, this paper combines with the actualproduction of the perforation process of relatively large impact, simulationanalysis for roll speed are important process parameters. By setting different rollspeed, on the whole the process of piercing the equivalent stress, strain and theperforation process of rolling force, axial force and change are analyzed, so as tofind out the effect of roll speed on the perforation process. For the followingthree roller perforation improved in the process of titanium alloy and provide atheoretical basis.
