Nickel-based alloy is widely used in thermal power,nuclear power,petrochemical,aerospace and other fields because of its excellent high temperature strength,oxidation corrosion resistance and high temperature structure stability.The Inconel 600 seamless nickel-based alloy steel pipe studied in this paper is used for oil pipeline,thermal superheater and reheater pipe.Because it needs to be used in very harsh working conditions for a long time,the structure and performance of the pipe are very high requirements.As a very important process step,only reasonable process parameters of cross rolling perforation can produce qualified seamless steel pipe.Due to the addition of a large number of alloying elements,the Inconel 600 nickel-base alloy has excellent high temperature performance,which also makes the difficulty of cross rolling perforation greatly increased.In this paper,through the research and improvement of the process parameters of cross rolling perforation,it provides a strong guarantee for the follow-up processing of Inconel 600 nickel base alloy seamless pipe.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The geometric model was established in solid works based on the diagonal rolling punch of a factory,and the model was imported into Simufact to establish the finite element model.The rationality of the finite element model is verified by the changing law of metal flow,stress field,strain field and temperature field in the process of tube forming.2.In this paper,finite element is used to simulate the influence of three process parameters,namely,roll speed,initial temperature of blank and feeding Angle,in the process of cross rolling perforation.Through the study of single variable method,the influence of process parameters on the mechanical and energy parameters,the capillary precision and the rolling temperature during the punching process was analyzed,and the best combination of process parameters was obtained.3.The results of finite element simulation are verified by perforation experiment,mechanical tensile test and metallographic observation.The results of perforation experiment show that the quality of the tube manufactured by using the best combination of technological parameters is good,and the quality of the tube after perforation meets the design requirements.Mechanical tensile test results show that the yield strength,fracture strength and elongation of the capillary meet the design requirements.The results of metallographic observation show that the internal structure of the capillary tube is dense,the grain distribution is uniform and there are no obvious defects.This paper through the above research and analysis to better optimize the cross rolling perforation process,provides sufficient theoretical significance for the actual production,but also lay a foundation for the production of high quality seamless steel pipe.
