It mainly inclues the cause of the urticaria, the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, the clinical classification and treatment,Part of clinical research are summarized as follows:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and hiring mechanism of shuganlipiqufengtang,which be used to treat CU of Stagnation and spleen deficiency.Method:1.Case selection:Choose80patients diagnosed UC of Stagnation and spleen deficiency from2011/4to2011/9in dongfang Hospital. a total of80cases.2.Researth Method:80patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (40cases), the control group (40cases).duration of treatment for8weeks.observed Clinical efficacy at before treatment,1week。2weeks,4weeks,6weeks, and8weeks. And observed that serum total IgE, eosinophil count before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Compared whih the clinical efficacy of BCG, shuganlipiqufengtang is better.2. shuganlipiqufenglang can make the level of serum IgE and eosinophil count drop.
