The Expression Levels And Significance Of IL-25ã€IL-33in Peripheral Blood Of Patients With Chronic Urticaria And Effect Of Specific Immunotherapy(SIT) In The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria | | Posted on:2014-07-18 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L L Li | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2284330431998394 | Subject:Dermatology and Venereology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Part1The expression levels and significance of IL-25ã€IL-33in peripheral blood of patients with Chronic UrticariaObjective To detect the expression levels of IL-25ã€IL-33in peripheral blood of patients with Chronic Urticaria before and12weeks after treatment with Loratadine. Analysing the relationship between the urticaria severity and IL-25ã€IL-33levels in peripheral blood.Investigate the role of IL-25ã€IL-33in the pathogenesis of Chronic Urticaria. Methods Ninety three patients with Chronic Urticaria were enrolled. They were treated with Loratadine for12weeks. Serum levels of IL-25ã€IL-33were detected with ELISA before and after treated. The relationship of the levels and the urticaria severity was compared using linear correlation.RESULTS The serum levels of IL-25ã€IL-33in patients with Chronic Urticaria before treated were [139.86±28.48pg/mL]ã€[91.95±21.88pg/mL],The IL-25ã€IL-33serum levels of healthy controls were[114.41±34.00pg/mL]ã€[79.80±30.72pg/mL], The serum levels of IL-25ã€IL-33were significantly higher than healthy controls (pi <0.01ã€p2<0.05). There was a significant correlation between the serum diamine oxidase activity and the disease severity[ri=0.38,p1<0.01]ã€[r2=0.42,p2<0.01].The IL-25levels of therapeutic group after treated [116.48±21.94pg/mL] were significantly lower than the the levels before treated (p<0.01),and have no significant difference with healthy controls (p>0.05). The IL-33levels of therapeutic group after treated [90.88±20.62pg/mL] were not significantly lower than the the levels before treated (p>0.05).Conclusion The higher levels of IL-25ã€IL-33might be implicated with the chronic pathogenesis and the urticaria severity in Chronic Urticaria patients, and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of Chronic Urticaria. Part2Effect of specific immunotherapy(SIT) in the treatment of Chronic Urticaria with dust mite hypersensitivityObjective To observe the clinical efficacy of specific immunotherapy(SIT) to Chronic Urticaria with dust mite hypersensitivity, and detect the expression levels of Histamine and LeukotrieneB4in peripheral blood of those patients before and6ã€12months after treatment with SIT. Investigate the efficacy of SIT to Chronic Urticaria with dust mite hypersensitivity. Methods Sixty patients with Chronic Urticaria and allergic to dust mite were enrolled. They were divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with SIT. The control group was treated with Loratadine. The effective rate was evaluation3ã€6ã€12months after treated.Serum levels of Histamine and LeukotrieneB4were detected with ELISA before and6ã€12months after treated. Results The effective rate of experimental group were not significantly higher than control group after3ã€6months treated (p>0.05).But the effective rate of experimental group were significantly higher than control group after12months treated (p<0.05). The serum levels of Histamine and LeukotrieneB4of experimental group were not significantly lower than control group after6months treated (p>0.05).But their levels of experimental group were significantly lower than control group after12months treated (p<0.05).Conclusion SIT has a significant effect to patients with Chronic Urticaria and allergic to dust mite, especially the long term cure effect. it can decrease the relapse of chronic urticaria and can significantly reduce the serum levels of Histamine and LeukotrieneB4. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Chronic Urticaria, IL-25, IL-33, LoratadineSpecific immunotherapy, dust mite, Histamine, LeukotrieneB4 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
