As the incidence of malignant tumors quikly catch up with the western countries, it becomes a significant threat to the nation’s heatlth. We had no breakthoughs in control of the transfer of malignant tumors even though some cosiderable progresses in early diagnosis and treatment have been made in recent years. Medically, we can perfectly solve the problem by surgical means if the tumor is only growing in a certain part of human’s body. But in fact the diffrence between the benign and malignant tumos is whether they can transfer to another part. So, this transfer problem is the mojor threat to the patients and urgent medical subject to the doctors and research people. The local treatment of the tumor is already changing form traumatic surgery to a variety of minimally invasive ablation surgery. Molecular targeted therapy is taken in systemic treatment instead of cytotoxic agents. Visible, modern medicine has emphasized the direct attck to the tumor cells. The comformation and development of tumor is closely related to the special micro-environment. Traditional Chinese medicine try to eliminate the source of tumor by improving the chaos of a mess, clearing the blood, making the intaking water rightly used. This article aims to reveal the principle of transfer and change of malignant tumors, interpret the reason that the relevant rogans could easily be a target of tumor metastasis, provide a theoretical basis to the treatment of improving special micro-environment of tumor,and enrich the Chinese medicine theory of them according to the biological characteristics by traditional thoughts and methods using the achievements of modern medical research.Malignant tumors get the activity of life, cancer cells is anthor existence of life after cells been demaged. This article try to explain that the occurrence, development and transportation of tumors are the results of the evolution of the tumor cells in the special micro-environment in human’s body by the evolutionary theory. Thers is a special law in the choosing of target organs of tumors’transfer. This article will research this law by discusing the metastasis of the location of diseases. Then, we use the law to discuss the differences between the entrails in modern or tranditional Chinese anatomy, and also the connections. Actually, we’re lack of theoretical discussing of malignant tumors’metastasis in Chinese medicine. Moreover, these discusings are mostly confined to the meridian direction as well as organs of physiological characteristics, ignoring the physiological characteristics of the tumor itself and the yin and yang properties of organs. The target organ should be a micro-environment that suitable for the growth of tumors. Tumor’s body is yin, but what they cosumed is yang. So, according to the physiological characteristics and the yin and yang properties of the organs, we can get the reason that lung, liver and bone tissue could easily be a target while heart and spleen get low probability.
