Based On The Software Analysis And Clinical Research Of Evaluating The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Femoral Head Necrosis

Object:Design program which can evaluate curative effect of osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Find out the relation between the evaluation of curative effect given by physicians and by program.Methods:Observe61eases of patients (98hips) cases of ONFH (ARCO â…¡orARCO â…¢) which had been dignosised by X-ray and MRI in Wangjing Hospital of CACMS from2008-1to2010-6, Receiving standardized treatment, follow-up time for patients over12months. Different physicians and expert group determine X-ray film independently. Program was used to measure and analyse X-ray film. Find out the relation between the evaluation of curative effect given by physicians and by program.Results:1Femoral head contour are stability in66hips, aggravating in32hips; was stability in52hips, aggravating in46hips; hip joint space are stability in79hips, aggravating in19hips. On contour, evaluation of all physicians and expert group was no signification on statistics (P>0.05). On joint space, evaluation of1physician and expert group has significant difference (P<0.05). On femoral head bone, evaluation of4physiciana and expert group has significant difference (P<0.05)2On contour, differences in the stability group before and after treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05); differences in the aggravative group has significant difference (P<0.05). On joint space, differences in the stability group before and after treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05); differences in the aggravative group has significant difference (P<0.05). On femoral head grayscale/background grayscale, difference in the stability group before and after treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05); differences in the aggravative group has significant difference (P<0.05). On femoral head grayscale/bone cortex grayscale, difference in the stability group before and after treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05); differences in the aggravative group has significan difference (P<0.05). On femoral head grayscale/spongy bone grayscale, difference in the stability group before and after treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05); differences in the aggravative group has significant difference (P<0.05).
