Objective:To observe the effect of sinomenine hydrochloride on immune infertility of male rat serum antisperm antibody titers (AsAb) and related cytokine research, and discuss the effect of reproductive capacity.Method:using artificial conspecific sperm and Freund’s adjuvant active immunization methods of preparation of adult male rats antisperm immune infertility with animal models, Sinomenine Hydrochloride for treatment, and a positive control group and blank control group. Observation of therapeutic drugs on serum AsAb, tumor necrosis factor (TNF alpha), interleukin6(IL-6), interleukin2(IL-2) content, and after mating the female rat pregnancy rate and the number of embryos.Results:the sinomenine hydrochloride high dose group can significantly reduce immunity infertility in male rats serum antisperm antibody titer (AsAb) level, compared with the model group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.01); different dose groups of sinomenine hydrochloride can reduce its seminal plasma tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha), interleukin6(IL-6). interleukin2(IL-2) content, on the expression of these cytokines have different degrees of inhibition, compared with the model group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.01), at the same time can improve the paired female rat pregnancy rate and increase in paired female rat embryos.Conclusion:the use of conspecific sperm and Freund’s adjuvant artificial active immunization method can prepare antisperm antibody mediated immune infertility animal model; Sinomenine hydrochloride can reduce the immune infertility in male rats anti sperm antibody titers and inhibition of cytokine action, for immune infertility treatment to develop new thinking. |
