Eliminate Anti-iii Clinical Efficacy Of Immune Infertility Antibody Series And Explore

Objective:The formulatation of No. 3 Xiao Kang Decoction(No. 3 XKD)wasdirected by tutor' s theory of distinguish symptom therapy and foumuala principle. It followed the law of distinguish symptom theraphy, also combined the new achievements of modern pharamaeology and based on long-time clinical experices. To observe the effect of No. 3 XKD on immune infertility antibody serises ,and analyse and investigate its pharmacologic and therapeatic fuction. So wecan obstain the objective basis of applying No. 3 XKD. Methods: To divide 68 patients who accord to use selection criteria into treatment group and contrast group randomly, 36 cases of control group, 32 cases of control group .The treatment group took No. 3 XKD orally, the contrast group took prednisone orally, One course of medical treatment lasted 2 months, and we should observe 3 courses of medical treatment, (condom should be used during sexual intercourse). Before and after the treatment , we should checked the immune infertility antibody in the blood serum. The therapeutic effect index:clinical cure:reexamine the antibody which was previously positive or/and slight positive after one course, they all turn negative; effective: for the sample that had one or more than one positive and/or slight positive antibody, the positive one turn slight positive or the slight positive one turned negative after one course. No effect:there was no change to the antibody which was previously positive and/on slight positive after one course. All the data were counted with SPSS software and the two sample rates were compared by x~2-text. Result: Compare all the therapeutic effect indexes between the twogroup after the treatments. As for the treatment group, clinical curerate was 36.11%, total effective rate was 80.56%;while those of the contrast group respectively were 9. 38%, 34. 38%, there was significant difference between the two groups. P<0.005. Conclusion: From the conclusion of the test, it can be proved thatThe patients who had sign of kidney' anode weakness, No.3 XKD' effect was better than that of prednisone, whose effect was limited. It wasproved that No. 3 XKD can adjust the immune function of the body and recover the impaired immune balance, inhibit the occur of the antibody in the blood, promote the decline of its level.At the same time, the test provides reliable evidence for its clinical application in the future.
