| Human resource is the most precious treasure in the hospital, which is one of the most crucial and initiative health resources. The main completion in the hospital is the competition of Human resource, which is the key element of hospital development to determine the survival and development of hospitals to some extent.University Hospital of Gansu Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a Chinese medicine hospital. The key to adapt to the new medical reform requirements, to survive in the increasingly fierce competition, to change the disadvantages in the underdeveloped, and outstand among all the large comprehensive hospitals lies in the high-quality personnel. However, like all the majority of Chinese medicine hospitals, all talent couldn’t be attracted or kept in our hospital. The shortage and waste of talent exist. In the mean while, human resource management is still faced with many problems, which will block the long-term healthy development of the hospital. Therefore, the enhancement of the hospital human resources management research, has become an urgent task.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is an introduction to analyze the research background and the significance. Based on the introduction of the relevant research results at home and abroad, It’s arised the main research content and method of this thesis. The second part is general theory of the human resource management which briefs analysis of the nature and characteristics of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the human resources management theory. The third part mainly introduces the changing environment and status quo of human resource in recent years and also illustrates some innovation measures. The fourth part is to analyze the current management, and put forward and analyze the existing problems in the human resource. Last, but not the least, is the improvement of hospital human resources management, which is to exploring to establish and improve human resource management system and method regarding some existing problems.The thesis focus on analyzing University Hospital of Gansu Traditional Chinese Medicine human resources management, and proposing the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions to strive for the efficiency improvement and core competitiveness enhancement. In the meanwhile, it provides some practical guidance and reference to the same level of hospital and county level hospital. |
