Liver Heat Method For Liver Depression Patients With Hyperthyroidism Tgab Fire And Tmab Affect Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and Thyroglobulin antibody,Thyroid microsome antibody in patients of pathogenic fire derive from staganation of liver-qi with hyperthyroidism by way of smoothing liver and clearing away heat.Methods:76patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. All patients were treated with basic treatment of hyperthyroidism.Treatment group plus TCM decoction in the principal of smoothing liver and clearing away heat at the same time, every150ml,3times a day for12weeks; control group with the basic treatment of hyperthyroidism.The patients’ symptoms, signs, TG, TGAb, TMAb, TSH,free Ts,free T4before and after treatment were observed. And comprehensive efficacies were evaluated.Results:In treatment group,3patients were cured,15cases were markedly effective,16cases were in effect,2patients were in vain. The total markedly effective rate was50.0%, and total effective rate was94.5%. In Control group,2patients were cured,10cases markedly effective,18cases effective and6cases were in vain, markedly effective rate was33.3%, total effective rate was83.3%and difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Treatment group can significantly improving the leveles of TG, TGAb and TMAb.The difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The symptoms, signs, TG, TGAb and TMAb of hyperthyroidism patients were significantly improved in treatment group.Conclusions:The method of smoothing liver and clearing away heat can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, lower TG, TGAb and TMAb,improve immunity state significantly, thus can effectively treat hyperthyroidism.
