Objective:1. Researching the anxiety level of the students in senior secondary school, and comparing the students who are facing the university entrance examination with the second grade students. Through the study to survey the students who are facing the university entrance examination anxiety level whether raise or not.2. After the study of clinical observation about ear-acupuncture therapy joint TCM Five Elements music act on exam anxiety, to supply a treat program of effective, convenient, and no medicine to exam anxiety of high school students.Method:Adopting Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) to investigate460students of the First High School and Eight High School in Guiyang, which among them are220third grade students and240second grade students. After applying the statistics methods, we can compare and analyze the difference of anxiety state between the students who are facing to university entrance examination and the second grade students. Among the students of who are facing to university entrance examination, and with the SAS standard score surpass50, according to the score and bring standard, select60cases being clinical sample. The60cases random put in3groups. Group one for contrasting is adopted ear-acupuncture therapy. Group two for contrasting are adopted TCM Five Elements music therapy. Group three for treating are adopted ear-acupuncture combined TCM Five Elements music therapy. Every group is20cases, each with two courses of treatments, two times per week and six times for one course of treatment. When they complete two courses, they will have determined SAS again. Then we can survey the change of the SAS standard score and analyze the influence of these treatments on the body and psychology symptoms of anxiety.Result:1. There are29.0%high school students being anxiety, in the third grade students, there are20.5%in the first level,9.5%in the second level, and2.5%in the serious level. While the second grade students are23.1%in the first level,2.5%in the second level, and0%in the serious level. The anxiety level of the students who are facing to university entrance examination is more serious than the second grade students (P<0.01).2. The three group of clinical study cases are all third grade students. There are no marked difference in sexual, age and symptoms (P>0.05).3. The body symptoms have significant improvement of the ear-acupuncture therapy group (P<0.05).The psychology symptoms have significant improvement of the TCM Five Elements music therapy group (P<0.05). The body and psychology symptoms both have significant improvement of the two therapy methods (P<0.05).4. The SAS standard score of contrast groups have significant difference after treatments (P<0.05), While the treat group have very significant difference (P<0.01).There are significant difference when compare the treat group with the contrast group (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. According to this survey:we can conclude that anxiety is very popular in high school, especially for the students who are facing important examination, and their anxiety level is more serious than the other grade students. The exam anxiety should be noticed by the family, school and society.2. Ear-acupuncture therapy has marked effect on body symptoms of anxiety. TCM Five Elements music therapy has marked effect on psychology symptoms of anxiety.3. Ear-acupuncture therapy combined with TCM Five Elements music have marked effect on both body and psychology symptoms. |
