| Purpose:In rats with acute pancreatitis (the Acute panereatitis AP), the impact of themodel at different stages of application of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection onserum endothelin (Endothelin, ET) activity, to investigate the mechanism ofSalvia miltiorrhiza injection prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis.Material and method:30male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model groupand Danshen group, using the intraperitoneal injection method of L-arginineinduced acute pancreatitis model miltiorrhiza group at different times ofinjection of Danshen injection (tail vein injection), divided into Salviamiltiorrhiza group group CSI2groups, Salvia three groups. Which Salvia is agroup in the tail vein injection30minutes prior to the modeling injection,CSI2completed in modeling the tail vein injection of Danshen injection, ofSalvia three groups30minutes after the model tail vein injection Dansheninjection. Modeling completed after two hours, take the intraperitonealanesthesia, abdominal aortic blood, centrifuge the serum ELISA method for thedetermination of ET-1levels, the colorimetric determination of serum amylaselevel, assess the different stages of injection Salvia injection on acutepancreatitis prevention and treatment.Results:Of each group, serum amylase and serum endothelin-1Content, RSM group were lessthan model group. RSM group serum endothelin compared with the control group,significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion:Danshen injection to reduce the AP serum ET-1and serum amylase content, improvethe pancreatic microcirculation, reduce the degree of necrosis of the pancreas,to reduce the incidence of acute pancreatitis, and to prove the early applicationof Danshen injection for acute pancreatitisto combat the effect is significant. |
