| Objective:San Huang Xie Xin decoction is from the Eastern Han Dynasty classic "Golden Chamber".The efficacy on Xiehuo detoxification, dampness Xiere on the common side of the real fire certificate for TCM clinical treatment of heart stomach.This research project of the San Huang Xie Xin decoction,compound extract (particles),single-flavor formula extract (particles) in the indicator composition,the characteristics of multi-component spectrum and trace elements of the main effects of substances are researched on comparative study and analysis of three of differences compound particles.we can use it in the clinical application of research-based, as single herb in Chinese medicine formulations particles.Methods:We knew the preparation method of San Huang Xie Xin decoction and then prepare the compound extract.Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. of Guizhou Hongyu mature Prepared a single flavor extract.Ingredient content determination of samples of the three preparation methods of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-based, also were used the TLC scanning (TLCS) and high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) internal standard method was used;HPLC multi-compositional characteristics among the three samples; In addition,We examine the inorganic constituents of atomic absorption by spectrophotometry (AAS) and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry (AFS) for determination of the three sample preparation methods trace elements of Cu,of Cd and Pb, As, Hg, Se.Results:1.Through the identification and determination of the prescription,we meet the version of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China in2010, successfully preparing the San Huang Xie Xin decoction,San Huang Xie Xin compound extract,single herb formula of the San Huang Xie Xin extract.2.By optimizing the sample handling and analysis conditions,The three sample preparation methods of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin by HPLC,HPCE, TLCS, showed that the content that there are significant differences.The content of berberine hydrochloride from high to low followed by a single herb extract formula,compound extract,traditional decoction,while baicalin content in descending order with hydrochloric berberine.3.By optimizing the sample handling and analysis conditions,the samples of the three preparation methods on HPLC multi-component characteristic map study showed that among the three common characteristics of multi-component spectrum there are some differences:the traditional decoction and compound extract have a correlation coefficient of0.864.Traditional Decoction and formula extracts have the correlation coefficient of0.154.compound extract and formula extract have a correlation coefficient of0.159.The decoction preparation of traditional decoction has a good similarity with compound extract, and a good similarity with single-flavor formula extract.4.By optimizing the sample handling and analysis conditions,the determination of the three preparation methods on Cu, Cd, Pb, As, Hg of Se trace elements by AAS and AFS content,indicate that the San Huang Xie Xin decoction,extract the trace element contents in the single herb formula extract exists a significant difference,with statistical significance.Conclusion:To San Huang Xie Xin decoction,compound extract,single herb formula extract as an intermediate alternative to compound particles as a research object,its multi-index components,multi-quantitative method of content determination research; HPLC multi-component characteristic map study;AAS and AFS determination of trace element contents,results show that the decoction,compound extract,the single herb formula have significant differences between the distribution and content of organic compounds,inorganic constituents.If you elaborate for the index component of the effect of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin,a certain rationality of traditional Chinese medicine formula extracts (particles)have the value in clinical applications. |
