Purpose:To investigate herbal fumigation combined with Arthroscopic surgerytreatment as early as mid-term clinical studies of osteoarthritis of the knee.Material and method:120cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis wererandomly divided into three groups, each of the40cases. Group A knee arthroscopyto clean up after two weeks to give herbal fumigation treatment, group B onlyarthroscopic debridement group C, only three weeks of treatment, herbalfumigation. Determine the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients.Results:A total effective rate was97.5%, Group B effective rate was84.0%,64.0%of the C group was’ the difference between the three groups wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), showing three groups the other couldsignificantly alleviate the clinical symptoms, and further improve patients’knee function. Patients (group A) compared to the Knee Society function scorein group B and group C, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).In three patients during treatment, no significant adverse reactions caused bythe use of drugs.Conclusion:Atotaleffectiveratewas97.5%,GroupBeffectiveratewas84.0%,64.0%of the C group was’ the difference between the three groups wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), showing three groups the other couldsignificantly alleviate the clinical symptoms, and further improve patients’knee function.
