Needle Lift Pulse Acupuncture Point Combined With Rehabilitation Training Strephenopodia After Cerebral Infarction Clinical Research

Objective:To observe heel vessel points acupuncturing and rehabilitation trai-ning clinical curative effect in the treatment of strephenopodia after cerebral in-farction.Methods:58patients in accordance with the inclusive criteria were divided into control group and treatment group.Simple rehabilitation training was used to the former group,while heel vessel points acupuncturing and rehabilitation training were used to the latter group.Taking12days as one clinical course,observed and compared the Barthel score index,Brunnstrom level, strephenopodia angle change and curative effect difference during two clinical courses.Results:(1)The clinical curative efficiency for treatment group was89.66%,while for control group, curative efficiency was77.78%. Teatment group was superior than control group.The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).(2) After the treatment,compared with before treatment respectively,the strephe-nopodia angle change had greatter improvement than before (P<0.01).Compared the two groups, treatment group had bigger angle change than control group.The difference had statistical significance (p<0.01).(3)After the treatment, compared with before treatment respectively,the Brunn-strom level of both groups were improved significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05). Co-mpared the two groups,treatment group was superior than control group in improving Brunnstrom level.The difference had statistic significance(P<0.05).(4)After the treatment, both groups had significant improvement in Barthel index.The difference had statistic significance(P<0.01).Compared the two groups, treatment group was superior than control group in Barthel score level.The difference had statistic significance (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Heel vessel points acupuncturing and rehabilitation training treatment of strephenopodia after CIS were effective.(2)Compared in the effect of improving strephenopodia angle,walking ability and daily life ability,heel vessel points acupuncturing and rehabilitation training were superior to simple rehabilitation method.
