With the rapid development of information technology and the constant improvement of network infrastructure, the information construction of higher learning undergraduate teaching management has made great progress. In2008, the American higher education authority (EDUCAUSE) survey showed that nearly95%of the colleges and universities are using their own educational administration management system. In2011, one China survey showed that97%of colleges and universities had set up their own educational administration management system. A good educational administration management system will not only speed up the management innovation to promote the teaching of information resources, keep school teaching order to improve the teaching quality, but also to enhance the school’s overall teaching standard and the quality of personnel training. University educational administration management system is a way to measure its higher education level standards, the development of a modern educational administration management system has become an important task in the reform of school management. In this thesis, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, for example, explore the university updated educational administration management system, in accordance with the principle of user-centered, the new version of the educational administration management system full needs analysis for the establishment of educational administration management system suitable for Chinese medicine universities.The research objective of this thesis is to provide an advanced, efficient educational administration management, a reasonable allocation of teaching resources, educational administration management information norms and standards. To achieve this goal, in the early the demands for all types of people sufficient should be applied, and always with the needs of users in order to provide a lot of information support for the later development of the technical staff of the system. Literature study, survey, case study methods have been applied in research, teachers and students for the study, guided by the undergraduate teaching concept of" people-oriented", the needs of the users (the teachers, students and teaching management personnel) placed in the first of all the process. Educational administration management system developed by several companies on the market in the early stage of the needs of research, comparison and analysis; crowd to investigate the form of a questionnaire in the latter part of the school teachers, teaching staff and students from the three types of educational administration management system frequently used were analyzed; Finally, a survey of the various sections of the staff of the Office of Academic Affairs, provided new demands for their old educational administration management system. The preliminary investigation by the company, have a certain understanding on the market a few more mature educational management system, in order to determine the new system development platform, permission requirements, security, scoring criteria and other technical requirements. Through the latter part of the demand analysis, conducted a survey of satisfaction with the old system module for all types of people, the sum summary of the issues raised. To finalize the new system contains the function modules increased to17on the basis of the old system, including: management of school roll subsystem, score management subsystem, graduation management subsystem, CET4and6sign-up subsystem, educational administration management subsystem, educational organization subsystem, test management subsystem, teaching quality control management subsystem, practice teaching management subsystem, exam pool management subsystem, teaching materials management subsystem, quality works subsystem, thesis management subsystem, non-medical professional focus training management subsystem, experimental teaching management subsystem, education study management subsystem and system administrator module. Finally, the educational management system needs analysis have been proposed.Through a comprehensive demands analysis, the detailed requirements of the various functional modules of the educational management system have been achieved, which laid the technical foundation for the latter part of the company in the development of the new version of University Educational Administration Management System.
