By Randomized, prospective studies of experimental design methods,the patients will be conformed to the treatment group and control group.according to the selected time and the random order of table randomly. Preparation of Modified minor radix bupleuri decoction granules(Radix bupleuri15g, Ginseng6g, Main licorice root6g, Scutellaria10g, Pinellia10g, Ginger9g, Jujube9g, Poria cocos15g, Atractylodes10g, Radix paeoniae alba10g, Angelica10g, Salvia miltiorrhiza10g), water a blunt, take two times a day; Glucurolactone Tablets (Portugal) is produced by shandong junan pharmaceutical as control group,100mg po tid。Two groups of treatment cycle is2weeks.Results By clinical experiment to observe the curative effect of the data, based on age, ALT, AST, t test and gender card chi-square test, draw P>0.05with statistical significance,that Modified minor radix bupleuri decoction flavored with Glucurolactone Tablets can be compared. Glucurolactone Tablets and Modified minor radix bupleuri decoction flavored degree of the change of ALT, AST indexes before and after treatment, make statistical analysis, Modified minor radix bupleuri decoction to ALT as before is63.33±9.32IU/L, AST as before is60.27±11.66IU/L, after2weeks of treatment ALT is31.80±2.94IU/L.AST is31.73±2.85IU/L; before Glucurolactone Tablets treatment ALT as before is 0.97±11.13IU/L, AST as before is62.33±8.12IU/L, after2weeks of treatment ALT is32.40±2.98IU/L.AST is31.34±2.08IU/L.
