The theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine contains a unique language and concepts. How to correctly understand the language and concepts of Chinese medicine is the first crucial step in the development of TCM theoretical system. So the premise is to clearly sort out the origin of its formation only on the basis of logical argument, in order to understand the theory of TCM "said what" and "why". The metaphor is an important means of human acquiring knowledge and understanding of the world. With the development of cognitive science, the theory of conceptual metaphor, the metaphor structure theory in cross-domain mapping model to provide an important logical analytical approach explain the metaphor. Metaphor is a system mapping from a specific concept domain to an abstract concept domain, its essence is the analogy between the two concepts with the similarity relations as the foundation, metaphorical expression shows the truth by analogical reasoning.Image analogy is a kind of Chinese traditional thinking mode, which can be classified conceptual metaphor. Through the analysis of the logic of metaphor, we can explain the phenomenon of metaphor in language, thinking of TCM more intuitively. The first part introduces the theory of conceptual metaphor, an overview of the meaning and function of conceptual metaphor, and highlights the mapping theory and structural metaphor theory, introduces the origin domain, the target domain in metaphorical structure mapping and the relationships between them. Another also explains the logical basis of metaphor, namely analogy reasoning, including general characteristics and main working mechanism--structure mapping. The second part focuses on the "natural soil" for the source domain," the spleen and stomach system" for the target domain, analogical reasoning logic as the method, discusses the relationship between them in terms of functions, changes, managements, and value.
