The treatment course was7days. Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score and cough, sputum, sore throat symptom score before and after treatment in two groups, and evaluate preliminarily about the safety of Puji xuanfei xiaodu DecoctionResults:1.Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect comparison: the treatment group18cured,7markedly effective,3effective and2invalid, total effective rate was93.33%;clinical curative rate was60%; the control group llcured,5markedly effective,8effective and6invalid, total effective rate was80.00%;clinical curative rate was36.67%, Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect by rank sum test, Z=-2.258, P=0.024, p <0.05, Through the statistical treatment, two curative effect of comparative differences have very remarkable significance, The treatment group was superior than the control group.2.The treatment efficacy of major symptoms in the two groups comparison:After7days of treatment, cough symptom in the treatment group,22cured,l markedly effective,5effective and2invalid; in the control group,11cured,6markedly effective,10effective and3invalid, cough efficacy of the two groups effect by rank sum test, Z=-2.422, P (progressive bilateral)=0.015, p<0.05Through the statistical treatment, two curative effect of comparative differences have very remarkable significance, The treatment group was superior than the control group; sputum symptom in the treatment group,23cured,2markedly effective,3effective and2invalid; in the control group,13cured,4markedly effective,6effective and7invalid, sputum efficacy of the two groups effect by rank sum test, Z=-2.643, P (progressive bilateral)=0.008, p<0.05Through the statistical treatment, two curative effect of comparative differences have very remarkable significance, The treatment group was superior than the control group, sore throat symptom in the treatment group,24cured,2markedly effective,3effective and1invalid; in the control group,18cured,1markedly effective,6effective and5invalid, sore throat efficacy of the two groups effect by rank sum test, Z=-1.894, P (progressive bilateral)=0.058, p>0.05,There was no statistically significant differences, but the treatment group had higher cure rate and total efficiency.3.There was no significant abnormalities on liver and kidney function, urine. ECG before and after treatment, all patients does not appear all kinds of symptoms, and it illustrated preliminarily that the treatment of Acute trachea-bronchitis (the Syndrome of superficies cold and interior heat) by Fuji xuan fei xiao du Decoction is safe and reliable, no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:The Pu ji xuan fei xiao du Decoction is a valid prescription for the treatment of acute trachea-bronchitis (the Syndrome of superficies cold and interior heat).It can quickly ameliorate patients’ cough, sputum, sore throat and other symptoms. The treatment group which used Pu ji xuan fei xiao du Decoction had a higher total efficiency, TCM syndromes score amelioration and the main symptom score amelioration than the control group. There is no obvious adverse reaction by Pu ji xuan fei xiao du Decoction durning the process of treatment.
