From The Blood Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Psoriasis, 95 Cases Of Clinical Observation

Psoriasis is a common and easy to relapse of chronic inflammatory skin disease, the typical damage is overlying erythema foundation layers of silver-white scales, with a film phenomenon and spotting, is a traditional Chinese medicine "Baibi" category. Due to the widely lesions, a large number of scaling, itching intolerable and delayed healing of the disease, it give a serious impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of the patients. The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease has not yet entirely clear. The di sease is generally cons idered to be the resul t of multiple factors: genetic factors, immune factors, infection factors, endocrine factors and neuropsychiatric factors.Due to the complexity of the cause, there is no specific treatment. Western medicine treatment of the disease by using topical and systemic drug, such as corticosteroids, immunomodulators, Victoria A acid and biological prepa rations, usually only temporary relief, and have "rebound" phenomenon, liver and kidney damage and gastrointestinal side effects. TCM treatment of this disease has a long hi story and rich experience, because of the curat ive effect and little side effect, it is accepted by the majority of patients.In this thesis, including literature review and clinical research in two parts.Literature review were two:first for the psoriasis TCM research progress, including the expositions of ancient literature about nonaggressive and symptoms similar to psoriasis, ancient masters’understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis and treatment medication characteristics, the modern masters experience in the treatment of psoriasis, and the TCM treatment of psoriasis clinical research progress in recent years. Second for understanding of modern medicine for psoriasis, including psoriasis epidemiological survey, the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis and psoriasis treatment.Clinical research:this study selected cases can be divided into three syndromes:blood heat, blood dryness and blood stasis, and were given according to the famous treatment experience of the above three syndrome types of three basic square:liangxue jiedu decoction, yangxue jiedu decoction and huoxue jiedu decoction. Through the survey of selected cases in general, and lesions score and symptom score changes before and after treatment, to observe the curative effect of TCM treatment of psoriasis. The results showed that:complete study of95cases of recovery rate was4.21%, the effective rate was31.57%, total effective rate68.42%;31cases of blood heat in patients with total effective rate74.19%;33patients with blood dry permit total effective rate63.63%;31cases of patients with blood stasis total effective rate67.74%.The curative effect of three syndrome types there was no significant difference P=0.675(>0.05). Three syndrome types after treatment, skin lesions PASI score significantly reduced than before treatment (P<0.01). Three syndrome types of TCM major clinical symptoms, blood heat syndrome (including rash color, burning, itching, degree of upset irritability), blood dryness syndrome (including scales, itching degree, degree of thirsty), blood stasis (including rash color, the rash infiltration degree, itching degree, sublingual collaterals) after treatment compared with before treatment had significant difference (P<0.01). Show that TCM type three dialectical treatment of psoriasis has better clinical curative effect, skin conditions and major of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms were improved significantly.
