Performance anxiety, also known as "tension stage" or stage fright. Is due to various causes emotional stress, resulting in the formation of skilled movements, already familiar with the material, on the stage can not be re-memories, reproduce or do. This phenomenon is engaged in the singing career of every individual among the issues to be faced, and this problem will always run through his singing career. On the stage singing, each and every vocal performers are subject to varying degrees of psychological stress problems. "Tension stage" problem has become an important theory of vocal performances theoretical subjects. In this paper, self-compiled questionnaire about students’ stage of tense "situation, the use of composing music for students to intervene in tension, to correct the perception, change their behavior, which can improve the students’ stage of tension" and to enhance students’ overall level of mental health level. In this paper, "tension stage" of empirical studies have expounded, for the vocal performances of stage performances and students to play in providing information.
