| Psychological health education in the school, as an important part of the implementation ofquality education, is very important for promoting all around development of students,maintaining the mental health of students, and ensuring students’ growth.Conductingpsychological health education in the school, is the need of the development of society and times,but also the need of maintaining the school order and social stability.In this study, three research methods are used: literature survey, questionnaire andinterviews. The investigation about middle schools’ psychologically healthy educational work in17cities of Shandong province has been done. The content mainly includes the following eightaspects, such as teachers’ and students’ awareness about psychological health education in theschool, the situation of middle schools’ psychologically healthy educational work in Shandongprovince, teachers’ status of psychological health education in the school, situations aboutcrisis intervention of middle schools’ psychologically healthy educational work in Shandongprovince, scientific research and exchange about psychologically healthy educational work inShandong province, he students’ demand for psychologically healthy educational services,students’ willingness and influencing factors to seek psychological services, students’evaluation of psychological services in the school.According to analysis of the survey, we find that most leaders, teachers and students arepaying much attention to the psychological health education in the school. Teachers’ status ofpsychological health education in the school have been established and growing. Teachers’training has been gradually strengthened, and a variety of forms of work has been carried out.What’s more, some schools have also established a certain crisis warning mechanism aboutpsychological health education. However,psychologically healthy educational work inShandong province still exist some problems.For example,awareness about psychologicalhealth education in the school is vague,teachers’ status of psychological health education inthe school is still weak,the result is not ideal,the crisis war mechanism about psychologicalhealth education is not quite perfect.There are many reasons which restrict psychologicallyhealthy educational work in Shandong province.In this study, the following five aspects areanalyzed.Such as the historical limitations about psychological health education in theschool,the lag idea about psychological health education in the school,the weak teachers’status,the alone psychological health education in the school,and psychology in thedevelopment of the tendency of re-application of the theory of light. According to the problems in psychologically healthy educational work in Shandongprovince, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. First of all, we should raiseawareness, change ideas, and implement all around. Second, teachers’ status of psychologicalhealth education in the school should be still established. Third, we should enrich and improvepsychologically healthy educational work ways. Fourth, we should strengthen schools anduniversities, community and parents in order to establish a strong support system. Fifth, crisiswar mechanism about psychological health education should be strengthened. Sixth, theapplication of psychological health education in the school should also be strengthened. |
