| Employment of college students is the focus of widespread concern. Many researchers had studied the employment of college students.With the method of questionnaire survey and depth interviews, the article mainly studied psychology of career decision-making and career planning about university students majored in dance sport. First of all, conducted a survey of220university students majored in dance sport, about career decision-making self-efficacy, career maturity and career social support, and did comparison with the241students not majored in sports dance. Next, did depth interviews to18senior students which majored in dance sport, and the interview results were analyzed using content analysis. The following were the conclusions of this study:(1)Between the students majored in dance sport and not majored in sports dance, there is no significant difference in career decision-making self-efficacy. The career maturity of the students majored in sports dance is significantly lower than non-sports dance students’. The career social support of the students majored in sports dance is significantly higher than non-sports dance students’.(2)The career decision-making self-efficacy and career social support of the boys majored in sports dance are significantly higher than girls’.(3)To the sports dance students in different grades, there is no significant difference in career decision-making self-efficacy, but there is significant difference in career maturity and career social support.(4)Career decision-making self-efficacy, career maturity and career social support of the dance sport students significantly relate to each other. Career maturity plays an intermediary role between career social support and career decision-making self-efficacy.(5)The students chose the dance sport specialty reason for the success of college entrance examination and the loving to dance movement. Most of them wants to have a steady job, such as to be a teacher or worked in Government departments. Their efforts of employment are mainly performance in learning, practice and entrepreneurial attempt. |
