High school students face the pressure of studies, burdened with the heavy burden oflearning, so it is prone to learning burnout. Learning burnout will not only affect theiracademic performance and will affect their physical and mental health, in order tobetter implement the goal of curriculum the new curriculum philosophy to buildthree-dimensional structure, only pay attention to students knowledge and skills, butalso concerned about the students emotional needs. So school should attach greatimportance to high school students learning burnout.In this study,"Time ManagementDisposition Scale""Easy Ways of Coping Questionnaire" and "middle school studentsburnout questionnaire" conducted a questionnaire survey of a random sample of350high school student time management disposition, coping style and learning burnoutin terms of gender, grade, in the single child and siblings and parents’ educationallevel,and further study the relationship between these three variable. The results showas follows:(1)High school students with learning burnout, and learning burnout has significantdifference in the single child and siblings and the educational level of mother.(2)High school students actively respond to the way the frequency is higher than thenegative coping. Coping style differences in gender, grade, whether the one-childand parents’ education level and other demographic variables did not reach significantlevel.(3) High school students time management disposition above the average of the totalscore and its three dimensions in a moderate tendency score, and time managementdifferences in gender, grade, whether the one-child and parents’ education level andother demographic variables did not reach significant levels.(4)High school students learning burnout and positive coping styles, there weresignificant negative correlation,and a significant positive correlation betweennegative and learning burnout.(5)High school students time management disposition and learning burnout weresignificantly negatively correlated, The higher time management disposition of highschool students, and the lower the degree of learning burnout; the lower timemanagement disposition of high school students, the higher learning burnout.(6)High school students time management disposition and active coping style weresignificantly positively correlated; Time management disposition and negative copingstyle were significantly negatively correlated. (7)High school students time management disposition, coping styles and learningburnout, there was significant correlation. The coping style is a part of theintermediary role between time management disposition and learning burnout. Thehigher time management disposition of high school students, the more inclined adoptan active coping style, and the lower the degree of learning burnout; the lower timemanagement disposition of high school students, the more we tend to use negativecoping style, the higher learning burnout.
