Learning adaptability are defined as the psychological tendency that learners inthe learning process to overcome difficulties and learning environment to remainconsistent, In order to achieve good learning efficiency. Learning adaptability is notonly the students’ academic achievement and mental health development, but also theimportant influence factors affect the future adapt society’s important guaranteeconditions. Freshman because learning environment, learning content, learningmethod of transformation, and cause the bad learning adaptability, and thereforeproduces anxiety, depression and depression, negative emotions, these negativeemotions in turn to freshman learning behavior caused negative influence on thedevelopment of learning adaptability to restrict its. Group counseling as an efficient,widely influential strong psychological counselling, appeal form, can help solve thesenegative emotions, and promote freshmen’s beset healthy development.In this study, empirical research is used to investigate freshmen’s learningadaptability situation, and analyzes the influential factors of freshman’s learningadaptability.According to the research results, select freshmen in group counseling,to improve their learning of university of adaptability, and for their psychologicaldevelopment lays good foundation.At the same time, the study also establisheddeepen understanding, enhance professional study motivation, learning methods asmainly counsels the content such as target.This study used questionnaire survey and experimental method. The researchtools is “the college students’ learning adjustment scale”and self-made freshmanlearning adaptability and assistance program. The study investigated600students inthree different major universities and colleges in yunnan province. To extract32lowerfreshman of adaptive learning seperately as experimental group and control group.experimental group conducted group counseling twice a week, eight times,16hoursin total.All data in this study wereinput computer and used SPSS16.0for windows.The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1)College freshman’s learning adaptability status in above the average.(2) College freshman’s learning adaptability exist one-child or not, professionalinterest, learning motivation orientation differences.(3)The experimental group’s and contral group’s post-test have significantdifferences on five dimensions.Compared with befor intervention, the experimentalgroup are tested in the study have been significantly improved adaptability,while thecontrol group have no significant change.(4)The experimental group members have positive evaluation on the groupcounseling.(5)Intervention program developed in this study effectively improved theadaptability of the freshman,the group guidance is effective and can be used inuniversities.
