Research On The Unemployment Insurance Legal System In China

As the byproduct of the technological revolution and social-economic changes，unemployment is a common problem faced by all the countries in the world. Unemploymentand re-employment is a worldwide theoretical and practical topic. As an important componentof the social security system， unemployment insurance system， which is the same aspension insurance system，medical insurance system，industrial injury insurance system andchildbirth insurance system，etc， belongs to the category of social insurance.Unemployment is not only a simple economic problem，but also a very sensitive socialissues. In our country， it is a more significant social-economic problem which can not beoverlooked. At the present stage， China’s basic national condition is that the population baseis large and long-term sustained and rapid growth of population leads to the increase ofworking-age population year by year， resulting in a considerable amount of labor supply.Therefore， it is the emergency of our employment insurance system to solve a series ofunemployment problems derived by it. As our country’s unemployment is becoming more andmore prominent at present， how to understand the current unemployment problem exactlyand how to reduce the unemployment to a reasonable and socially acceptable extent will beexplored in this paper.The purpose of this paper is through the study of the unemployment insurance， and theanalysis of the current research state，domestic and abroad， to promote the unemploymentinsurance system in China to be more perfect and to play its due role for the realization of ourcountry’s full employment goals and then to make contributions to promoting the socialeconomic development.This paper mainly uses the methods of comparative study， the combination of macroand micro and the combination of realistic analysis and prediction to make a systemic study ofcurrent unemployment insurance problems. In terms of the writing ideas， the paper usestraditional ideas of proceeding from the basic theory of unemployment insurance， and thenanalyses the problems according to current situation， and thus draw conclusions to solve theproblems. The first part clarifies the related concepts of unemployment insurance， laying thetheoretical basis for the further research. The second part combs the historical context of thelegislation on the unemployment insurance system， focusing on summarizing historical contribution made by China’s "Regulations on Unemployment Insurance". Next， the papermakes a macro analysis of the present unemployment situation. The forth part summarizesthe key issues，according to the results of the analysis in last part，Thus the fifth part can putforward perfect countermeasures.
