Issues of concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers has been always highlyconcerned by the communist party of China.It is a hot topic of discussion in theacademia cycles, which also is the focus of attention by the public. In the newsituation, the Party Central Committee from the whole situation and the height ofstrategy to emphasize the "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer" issues, increasing toinvestment continuously, tries to solve the "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer"issues.
