Whether can find unified theoretical framework to explain it?The traditional Cultural nexus of power has collapsed,then,economic influence become the key factor of village governance.Especially with the private economy development under market economy,the village’s economic structure has changed,and Economic Able-person became new authority and influence the village governance mode.How transformed the authority structure and formed the new governance mode?Taking L village in north of JiangSu province as an example,It finally formed a new "Dominant-Subordinate dual structure" governance situation when the village committee’s authority fading and Economic Able-person’ new authority rising in30years of villager autonomy.Then pointed out economic ability is the key element that influences village authority and governance mode.
