Urban community care service is the elderly in their living environment of the community,get support and help provided by the government, society and individuals, it is neither familysupport nor the aged, but community-based onenew types of pension services.Raise the level of China’s economic and social development emerged, this new type ofpension services, both in China Social Security System as a complement to, but also providesthe advantage of geography, resources for the development of aged care services. With anincreasingly diverse and personalized needs of older persons, urban community aged careservices in short supply, there has been a lot of problems to be solved. So, how to develop andsolve this write, or fundamental research and to grasp the changing pension needs to discoverand analyze the defects in the supply of pension services.In this study, Huaiyin District, Jinan City, the cases on the basis of a questionnaire surveyof the12streets in the Huaiyin District, Jinan City, the elderly community care service needsand the related literature and field surveys, the current Chinese urban elderlycommunity careservice demand content, characteristics and influence factors and community care services, thesupply-side issues in-depth discussion. Description and analysis of the data, the demand forcommunity care services to the following problems:(1) Urban Community Services for theAged tend to the home care service for the stay at the apartments for the elderly, very cautious interms of personal factors, culturaland gender factors for community care services there aredifferences in the impact.(2) for the content of the urban community aged care services: themedical needs of the most intense, the age factor there is the impact of differences; theday-to-day care needs become apparent, with or without children and the elderly themselves thedegree of this there are differences in the impact; spiritual and culturaldemand is rising strongly,education is the main influencing factors.(3) the elderly pension service needs of the urbancommunity presents a low compensation, education level and personal income have majordifferences in impact.(4) of older persons higher than the outdoor service needs within thefamily household services, the different degree of self-care exist significant differences. Furtheranalysis based on the needs of the urban elderly community care service, the problems of thesupply of existing community aged care services is divided into five aspects: First, the imbalance of supply and demand of home care services, the service object targeted servicesystem is notsound, unknown powers and responsibilities; is a serious shortage of communityservice facilities, community activities, service center is not obvious; community supportnetwork is not perfect; four low educational level of community service teams are older,widespread shortage of expertise, social statuslow; five community-run single mechanism.Summary, this study from the service, the service content, service objects, service system,service personnel in these five areas are discussed and summarized. The combination ofresearch data for the investigation of cases in Huaiyin District, Jinan City, Huaiyin District,Jinan City, the demand and supply of pension services, and access the results of field surveysand literature analysis and research.
