Concerning The Interest Integration Ability Construction Of The Communist Party Of China

After30years of reform and opening up, Chinese society was full differentiation on the basis of re-allocating the interests, the conflict of interest issues that arising during the process of reform and opening up caused the party and government’s attention, how to improve the interests of the Communist Party of China became a hot topic of the Law. sociology, political science.In this paper, the theory of Marxism as a guide, combined with sociology, political science research methods and theory, as entry point to the Chinese Communist Party, the interests of the owners of private enterprise to integrate of the owners of private enterprise to integrate this perspective, through the party policy of the private owners to constantly adjust and to obtain the effect to study the interests of the Communist Party of China integrated capacity-building, in order to more in-depth and detailed exploration of this issue.This paper can be divided into two parts.The first part is from Chapter1to Chapter3. In this section, the article defines the nature of that interest. At the same time, this article discusses the basic connotation of integrated capacity-building in the interests of the Chinese Communist Party from the relationship between the interests of integration and political parties, the ruling party on the basis of the concept of the interests’integration. This article discusses that it’s very necessary to strengthen the capacity building of the interests’integration of the Communist Party of China from four perspectives:to improve the party’s capacity-building, practice and implement the scientific concept of development, building a socialist harmonious society and changes in the situation at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the Communist Party of China must adhere to the principles in the interests of the integration process:principles of sustainable development, principles of balancing efficiency and fairness, principles of common prosperity and principles of integrated.The second part is from Chapter4to Chapter7. In this section, this article first shorted and summarizes Communist Party of China-depth understanding of private business owners, the need for private economic development and laid the economic and political status of the owners of private enterprises. The next three chapters, the author summarizes the Communist Party of China integrate the interests of the owners of private enterprises and the results achieved since the reform and opening up from three aspects of the political means, economic ways and legal means. At the same time, the author came to a revelation from these three aspects that how to strengthening the construction of the ability to integrate the interests of the Communist Party of China.
