The efficiency and management level of the port is a symbol in local and even a national competitive power. If we want to enhance the working efficiency, the promotion management level of the port, we must have to strengthen the coordination and cooperation between management domain department in the port. In recent years, our country scholars mainly study the coordination and cooperation in the public management domain trans-department. This article also proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion to provide the practice reference to coordination and cooperation in the port management domain trans-department. Therefore, this article research also has the strong reality guiding sense. This article carries on the study to the existing research through the literature methodology that builds the rationale for this article research. This article takes the W City port as the example, through the survey procedure, understand the present situation of the coordination and cooperation in the W City port management domain trans-department. This article induces the problem and the reason in the coordination and cooperation in port management domain trans-department in our country, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal in this foundation.Through the research, this article thought the problems of the coordination and cooperation in port management domain trans-department in our country include that the coordination pattern not perfectly, the traditional public administration management idea restriction, the administration system imperfect, lacks complete legal framework these four aspects.
