The Research On Citizens’ Orderly Political Participation In Harmonious Society

In modern society, the development of political democracy closely is related to citizens ’political participation. The higher the degree of citizens’ orderly political participation, the higher their level of political development in national society. In the context of building a harmonious socialist society, the citizens’ orderly political participation become an indispensable part. The citizens’ orderly political participation is in inevitable requirement during the development of civil orderly political participation and it is not only the requirements of socialist democratic politics, but also the requirements of a socialist harmonious society. Since the reform and opening up policy, China’s political participation has been greatly improved, but it is also restricted by various factors.Based on the above ideas, the paper conferred the relationship between orderly political participation and the building of a harmonious socialist society:this paper, analysis the citizens’ orderly political participation in the building of a harmonious society and this article is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the meaning and value of the citizens’ orderly political participation in building a harmonious society and the current development. The second part,mainly analysis the meaning of political participation and citizens’ orderly political participation,the features of citizens’ orderly political participation and the relationship between disorderly citizen political participation and orderly political participation. At the same time harmonious society theory are discussed, and analysis relationship between citizens’ orderly political participation and harmonious social theory. Citizens’ orderly political participation play an important role in the construction of a harmonious society. China’s political participation has been greatly improved, but it is also restricted by economic development, political system and other factors. The third part will analysis the political participation of the situation and the existing problems and discuss the reasons that creating the problems of China’s political participation. The fourth part, combined with our reality, made to promote the basic path of orderly political participation of Chinese citizens. First of all, in order to push forward our citizen political participation, need develop the socialist market economy and provide the material basis for orderly political participation. Secondly, we need establish a sound system of political participation. Furthermore, reinforce the political education and enhance the level of citizens’orderly political participation. The fourth, we should we need expand the area of political participation and levels. At last, guide the non-institutionalized political participation effectively. To guide the noninstitutional events, strong balance the interests of powerful groups and vulnerable groups and made the interests achieve the greatest degree of balance; to supervise the public rights; at the same time to improve all kinds of political participation mechanism.The main methods of writing this paper are:the first, the method of combining Theory and Practice.
