Study On The Lettermen’s Talents Training Model Of Sport University

With the development of the society and the science, competitive sport becomes an increasingly competitive Project .Lettermen gradually shown its great vitality. The letterman is the major groups for the sports. If the sports wanted continued development, we must train lettermen carefully. In order to combine China’s socialist modernization and the demand for training lettermen closely, we must enhance the sense of urgency, standing in the height of social development to meet new challenges, optimize the course system construction and the operation mechanism of the reform, So proposing the best mode of training becomes the colleges and the reality for both education and Physical sector.The lettermen training is mainly achieved by teaching in schools gradually .Physical Education teachers both have strong technical team and a high level of subject teachers. All these undoubtedly have an in a significant impact on training. But these not enough, we should have a reasonable training pattern. Currently, scholars and experts generally have the view that the lettermen still have low quality, poor social adaptation. The sport university training as the cradle of elite athletes also has their shortcomings in training pattern. Therefore, this paper applied the method of literature, questionnaire, physical analysis, expert interviews, mathematical Statistics, studied seven representative institutions of lettermen sports training model. On the basis of a large number of analytical materials, I identify the similarities and differences in their training objectives, training specifications, the proportion and structure of curriculum, teaching and other aspects of operating, and try to come up with the new lettermen training mode for sport universities.The results show that, on the aspect of training object, the orientation is not accurate, lacking appropriating details. On the aspect of course system, they lack national standard curriculum, and the special courses are not prominent. On the aspect of teaching the teaching teams are ideal, the management agency are with fuzzy system, and the codes of conduct not strict enough. Therefore, this study included the following aspects to train elite athletes: training objectives for Lettermen, optimizing the curriculum system; construction of high level technical teachers; establishing scientific and rational management system.
