Practical knowledge is the foundation of teacher professional development, the famous teachers of Chinese language often write education essays to summarize, accumulate, and develop their practical knowledge. This paper is based on the education essays written by the famous teachers of Chinese language,and in-depth comprehensive perspective this paper probes into the famous Chinese education essays,then discuss the practical knowledge.This article chooses the contemporary the education essay collection written by the famous Teachers of Chinese language as the concrete research object,and they mainly are the following three series:DaXia books-education essays (the first and the second album) published by Hua Dong normal university from2004,and the books of the famous teachers speaking the Chinese language published by Chinese press in2007,and and the educators growth series published by Beijing normal university press in2006. This research is based on text study. This paper mainly choose the representatives of education essays written by the famous teachers of Chinese language as text research.The teachers can promote practical knowledge accumulation and development by writing education essays.It is based on the theoretical basis of the four aspects:philosophical basis, psychological basis, linguistics basis, pedagogy basis.The practical knowledge in the education essays written by the famous Teachers of Chinese language exists in the five categories:belief knowledge, self knowledge, strategic knowledge, situation knowledge and reflective knowledge.The practical knowledge in The education essays written by the famous teachers of Chinese language Has practicality, Fuzziness, emotional, integrity, constructiveness.The end of this article is reflective and enlightenment. The practical knowledge in the education essays written by the famous teachers of Chinese language is rich. The famous teachers of Chinese language is good at combining theoretical knowledge,and unify practice and theory.And at the same time, they reflect on education problem and education phenomenon, sum up education experience, accumulate and develop their own practical knowledge through the writing education essays. The general teachers of Chinese language should attract nutrients of practical knowledge from the education essays written by the famous teachers of Chinese language and it can help the accumulation and development of their practical knowledge. And they can imitate the famous teachers of Chinese language to make the accumulation and the development of their practical knowledge through the way of writing education essays.
