With the gradual implementation of the new curriculum, "learning" has been more and more educational researched. Therefore, the "research study" also has been the hot spot and difficulty in the study of Chinese language teaching. This paper is to several famous classic lesson as the "carrier", through the analysis of the example, explore the successful experience on the basis of "teacher learning" teaching, and the successful experience of operating system and summarized.The core content of this thesis is divided into four sections. The first three chapters can be seen as a circulation system, which are "corresponding level" teaching design is the "starting point", that is through the analysis of the case,to explore the teacher is at the level of teaching design is to pre assessment of "learning", and then design a reasonable teaching objectives; "correspondence teaching the implementation level" is "learning", that is through the analysis of several teaching fragments, explore the teacher is tracking "learning" in teaching practice, how to understand the students, "learning", and then adjust the teaching content and teaching steps; "corresponding teaching result evaluation level" is "learning" through the analysis of rationality, work arrangement, exploring how they are based on "learning" to design the reasonable evaluation form. The last chapter is about the teacher successful teaching experience, one is the value of the lesson itself, namely with "learning" as the foundation to carry out the teaching result,mainly has the change of student learning styles, students interested in improving learning and so on, there is the enlightenment to teachers, mainly in teaching practice to deepen understanding and effective the essence of teaching enlightenment. Two other research to study lesson of inspiration, is changing the research angle and research methods of rich innovation.And implications of first-line teachers is how to improve teaching practice.
