The cultivation of Youth football players is significant for the sustainable development ofthe football game. Youth football players are our country’s football talents, who are the mainpractices to effectively improve our future football level. Analyzing the development of thefootball game in the countries whose football game is a great advantage, we can come to theconclusion that their football game have gained sustainable development because they have paidgreat attention to the cultivation of Youth football players. From the current situation in ourwhole country, we can see that our country has not set up a scientific and systematic mechanismfor the cultivation of the Youth football players. China’s youth football competition and theregularity of the talent cultivation are not obvious. Shandong province is strong in the economyand football. In the development of football, it has made some progress and made a contributionto the development of our country’s football. With China ’holding and continuous reforming offootball professional league, the cultivations of Youth football talents in Shandong province isdeveloping in diversified and open ways. During the transition process, we need to continuouslyexplore and seek more scientific modes and methods to cultivate young athletes, in order toimprove the quality of the young football athletes in Shandong province. In the paper thecultivation mechanism of youth football players in Shandong province is the object of study,especially the training of the youth football, the investigation on the football matches. It isfocused on the cultivation of the reserve resources in the football game including the training ofthe coaches. With the methods of documentary and questionnaire investigation, the difficultiesand strategy in the cultivation of the youth football player in Shandong province will be studiedin order to provide some theoretical reference for the development of the youth football inShandong province.In this paper the use of literature, questionnaire survey and other research methods, in-depthresearch on the cultivation difficulties and strategies of young football players in ShandongProvince, the preliminary draw the following conclusions:（1）Germany, Holland, Britain, Japan and Shikoku the training of young football players,the common feature focus on the learning culture courses, clubs centralized management inGermany and the Netherlands, Britain adopted a decentralized management model their ownhome, Japan the schools as the unit of intensive training. Should strengthen the cultural course ofstudy to enhance the cultural literacy of young football players in the culture of youth soccerplayers mode.(2) support in the cultural lessons to learn with parents, China’s centralized managementtraining, training methods, students lack of teachers and parents in after-school supervision is notconducive to cultural courses, resulting in low training students’ cultural literacy. (3) social concern and training funding sources, social media, young football playerstraining to inadequate publicity, reserve football athletes train the main source of funding isdependent on the local government’s financial allocation, the own hematopoietic function is notimpossible earnings.（4）Shandong Province football school, primary and secondary schools, amateur clubs,etc.in young football players training objectives have similarities, the real students’ interest infootball and enhance the physical and mental health as fewer units of the training objectives, butalso formation of football to be ruled by the cultivation of philosophy, on the whole of ShandongProvince Football Talents training system is also relatively weak.(5) The emphasis on lack of other reasons, the province of Football Player talent level ofscientific training, the selection means unscientific, just look at the competition results inselection, training and implementation of curricula and teaching programs strict, the training tooutilitarian and other issues.(6)Complex training institutions, coaches mismanagement, resulting in a coach the overalllevel is not high, a registered coaching qualifications coaches low and a serious imbalance in sexratio, age structure is more reasonable to first degree to a college education, coaching periodmostly11-15years, the work is not high.(7) Shandong Province lack of back-up of human resources, soccer is a small population,the low success rate, life after retirement insecurity; low level of youth football regularcompetitions, form of organization of the competitions, rather than the professional game has acertain scale.(8) For the plight of youth soccer players in Shandong Province put forward: the concept ofyouth soccer players construct a scientific culture, and improve the training mode of the youngfootball players, the establishment of scientific Youth Football Talents selection mechanism, theimplementation of the Youth Football coaches job training system and improve the scientificlevel of training for youth football players, improvement and innovation of China’s youthfootball competition system and countermeasures.
