The research aims to reveal how to optimize the personnel structure for a national women’s football team by analyzing and summing up the principal characteristics of world high level teams’structures as well as regular changes of adjustment in each Women’s Football World Cup with a periodic rate of four years, which will provide the scientific theories basis and beneficial guiding theories for the coaches when engaged in the organization of a Women’s football team or facing the major competitions at home and abroad. The research object of this paper is to participate in1-6women’s World Cup finals in the high level of national football team. The main research methods are literature data, interview, mathematical statistics and the questionnaire, etc. The significant conclusions are as follows:I Compared with the Champions Cup, the Chinese women’s football players21-25years old adjustment ratio of60%, far lower than the previous champion in82.4%; and the26-30age of players to adjust the ratio is25%, higher than the previous Cup championship8.9%. As can be seen, the Chinese women’s football in adjustmen the introduction of new players and the age feature of world high level team far. The age of players reserve is not uniform, echelon construction is not perfect.Ⅱ The Chinese women’s football in2007after the world cup, with15players left the national team players, from high rates of up to71.4%;and2011World Cup qualifiers,17out of the23list of the National People’s Congress is the first time for the world cup, the ratio reached73.9%new team. Thus, the new and old players alternately has become a very serious problem.Ⅲ The cup, high level team to join the new member’s number is relatively stable, maintained at8or9people; to leave team number is also relatively stable, maintained at around8people. In contrast, the Chinese women’s football players leave new entry with an average of12,11people, were higher than those of high level team. Adjust number slants much, the Chinese women’s team structure compared to high level team is not stable enough.
