Research On The Construction Of Football Referee Team From The Perspective Of Campus Football

As the key layout city of campus football in China,Nanjing has done a lot of work to promote the development of campus football in recent years under the care and guidance of governments at all levels.Nanjing Football Association,as a member association directly managed by China Football Association,also plays an active role in it.From the perspective of current campus football,how Nanjing Football Association can innovate its working methods,renew its thinking ideas,and find out a set of effective ways to train football referees so as to achieve the effect of strengthening the construction of referees team has become an indispensable guarantee for promoting the development of campus football.For this reason,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interview,fieldwork,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other scientific research methods to analyze and discuss the current Nanjing campus football referee team in terms of organizational structure,team training and other aspects,trying to make in-depth details on the theoretical and practical aspects of the construction of Nanjing campus football referee team.Through the analysis and arrangement,the feasible methods and suggestions are put forward,which can provide a possible reference for the effective promotion and improvement of Nanjing campus football.The results show that:1.The current organizational structure of Nanjing campus football referee team is not perfect,showing a pan-organizational phenomenon,lacking of planning for the construction of referee team.2.The younger team has become a trend,and the age structure presents a fault phenomenon.How to improve the law enforcement level of young referees is an urgent problem to be solved.3.The total reserve of talents is too small to meet the demand for referees in current campus football matches.4.The origin of registered referees shows a divergent trend,which brings some difficulties to the management of the team.Suggestions:1.Establish a point-to-point training mode for old football referees with new ones.2.Strengthen the training of business and theory,and carry out in a planned way at the frequency and level,so as to provide more opportunities for young referees to hold judgments and improve channels.3.Strengthen business communication by establishing information sharing platform,so as to improve the level of action recognition and reading ability of campus football referees.4.The management of registered referees should adopt the system of regional person in charge,so as to facilitate overall planning,allocation and tracking.
