With the rapid economic growth and social progress, the subjectivity development of human has been concerned broadly. Basic education reform strongly advocates in the teaching process to establish a positive, appropriate interaction environment in order to promote the development of the students’ subjectivity. Therefore, it’s necessary to study classroom teaching exchanges.Take junior middle school classroom teaching exchanges as the subject of the study. The author goes into the classroom to face teaching classroom scene for research and makes use of two methods which are the class observation and interview. Learn more about teacher-student classroom survival of the state in order to provide useful help for the junior middle school classroom teaching.Through research, I believe that the current junior middle school classroom teaching exchanges has some shortcomings, and the main problems are:the inequality between teachers and students and the inequality among students in the classroom teaching exchanges, closure of the contents, hypocrisy in the way, one-sidedness of the purpose of these interactions. The shortcomings were impacted in many factors. The main factors which the essay gives are the influence of the teachers and the students, the education system and material conditions. While the education system and material conditions are external factors, the teacher is the main factor. Therefore, from the perspective of teachers, the methods to solve the classroom teaching communication problems are:that teachers change their education views; should follow the principles of classroom communication which are the principle of subjectivity, the principle of equality, the principle of participatory and the principle of comprehensibility; could create appropriate condition positively by creating a good classroom teaching environment, developing appropriate teaching exchanges content, using flexible teaching forms, and encouraging students to establish a positive mental attitude and a full range of teaching evaluation. In the classroom teaching process, teachers should use all kinds of skills flexibly, such as a reasonable instructional design, and using generate resources instantly and taking appropriate methods of praise and criticism toward the ideal.
