Table tennis is a sports which can improve the physical quality and the level of intelligence. At the same time is also a sports technique and tactics is very high requirement for ball games, table tennis beginners, choose a good training methods, has the extremely vital significance, which can help them to quickly grasp the sports skills, and can save a lot of valuable time. Therefore, after many coaches and researchers to explore, many training methods emerge as the times require.Multi-ball training of table tennis is the dozens, hundreds of ping-pong balls into a basket or basin, according to the different content of practice and requirements are constantly taking the ball, and the act in different ways, the ball is sent to the practitioners of the table, so that practitioners continue to practice.With the continuous development of the times, people to "country ball" attention, more and more training methods appeared in numerous coaches eyes. At the same time, the international cultural and sports exchanges, promoted the movement method in the same borders circulation. The results showed:1) multi ball training method is better than the single ball training;2) multiple ball training help beginners to master the basic technique and tactics;3) contribute to correct errors in the beginner’s technical movement;4) promote the basic tactics of improving;5) the consolidation of technical action power setting;6) have helps to strengthen the training density and strength; and7) to improve the athletes’ special physical quality and training of athlete will quality and has an important role.
