Table tennis is a sport,which can not only improve the physical quality,but also promote the development of intellectual.It is fierce and popular sport in the Olympic Games,for the table tennis beginners,choose a suitable and relatively high efficiency training method has very important significance.Good training method can rapidly improve beginners' technical level and body's quality,arouse beginners' training enthusiasm,especially children beginners' sport interest,make children beginners can quickly accept table tennis,like table tennis.By many scholars,coaches,table tennis researchers and table tennis teachers' exploration,table tennis' training method is developing,appear some landmark training methods and theories,multi-ball practice gains coaches and researchers' attention.Multi-ball practice is not applied in table tennis training at first,it is a method that our country' s table tennis coach Li Renshu borrowed from the Japanese volleyball training method of women,this method applied to table tennis training in our country,which has greatly increased the training level and strict training guidelines.The level of table tennis in our country has been leading in other countries,improve athletes' tactics and body quality has played a very important role,and gradually accepted by coaches and applications,improve training method and gather experience in the process of training,from easy to difficult,from the shallower to the deeper,distinguished gradually toward the specialization,rationalization,scientific development direction.This article uses the literature material method,experimental method,visiting survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,with table tennis classes of children beginner students in Yanji youth palace,drawn 16 beginners randomly divided into 2 groups,8 people in each group to march teaching experiment test,after single-ball training and multi-ball practice,Compared to the skill of students,take forehand attack and backhand attack as the experimental content,test group and control group's ball-handing,shooting and placement accuracy,the standardization of swing.Experimental study shows that,according to the data of students' single-ball training and students'multi-ball practice,multi-ball practice is far superior to the single-ball training method,experimental group' s ball-handing and Hit ratio and accuracy is higher than control group,it showed that multi-ball practice can help beginners better master the techniques in the limited time,help to correct beginners'wrong action,strengthen technical moves,enhance training density and strength,to improve beginner's special quality and technical level.
